USCF EXECUTIVE BOARD ELECTION-
BALLOT COUNT
GOICHBERG, SHAHADE, CHANNING, TANNER TAKE STRONG LEAD
Wednesday, July 20: Over 5800 ballots
have been received. Some duplicates and other invalid ballots will need to
be eliminated, but this is a massive turnout, far exceeding the previous record
of about 1770 ballots in 2003.
Ballots will be sorted and checked for duplicates today at the Ramada Inn in
Newburgh; the vote count is open to all USCF members. It is possible that
the entire day will be spent sorting and checking, and that no ballots will be
opened and counted today. The process is expected to resume tomorrow, July
21 at the same location. Watch this page for results when available.
Thursday, July 21: Vote counting began this afternoon.
